Failed to load media. I only bought it about a month ago and initially it was difficult for me to connect the router so I couldn't use it. Even though we were able to run the function without the app, it still had trouble syncing one of my lights to change color with the rest. So the problem seemed to solve itself. Now about 4 days ago (coincidentally after my return end date passed🙄) 2 out of 5 started going haywire and can't be reset or synced. As you can see the unwanted light show in my kitchen. So I had no choice but to try and pull one out to see if it needed reinstalling. Well luckily I did because if I didn't my kitchen would almost certainly be on fire. This is a picture of a device with bubble plastic on the back like it's about to melt. I'm not sure if anyone has had this problem, but it's definitely worth worrying about. I would appreciate a full refund and refund if still possible. To stay updated!
