The light is really bright and easy to see. I love that it uses a standard AAA battery which is much better and cheaper than coin cell batteries. As another reviewer pointed out, there is one major design flaw. The clip on the back spins! I used it on a Miniature Poodle's collar and wanted to attach it to her collar so it wouldn't drag on the floor. Well, he kept dragging on the ground because the clamp kept turning. I tried gluing the clip but fumbling around completely broke the clip. If you are using a clip that attaches to a collar, use a metal clip, which is stronger and will stay in place. I hope the ring above is better because now I need to find a small O-ring and hope the light doesn't drag along the floor on my little dog. A dangle would be nice and I recommend for a larger dog like a lab etc. The best and brightest light but needs some design work to keep it buckled wherever you clip it to the collar. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
