I knew right away that these are fake stones. However, I wore them anyway, thinking they were just cheap plastic. Even though I cleaned them, COLOR started to LEAK into my ear causing a severe reaction where I could barely remove the earring from my ear. If I couldn't remove the earring it would have to be CUT. I've never experienced anything like this in the YEARS of measuring my ears. Now my ears need healing and at 5/8 I'll probably be back for less than 2. And my earlobes are all bruised and purple.
