You need a weird tool to install them!
You absolutely need an offset screwdriver to install the brackets that these curtain rods sit in. The lower mounting screw you can do with a drill or normal screwdriver, the upper mounting screw doesn’t even have enough space for a stubby screwdriver. I had to go buy a set of offset screwdrivers at lowes for another $6 to get these installed. Once installed they’re great buy I wish they had included the tool or engineered it in a way easier to install with more standard tools
