I just received a label printer to replace my old QL-720 which was very difficult to set up. The new 820 is a welcome addition. I configure WiFi manually, there are no problems. I even turned on bluetooth for my phone to connect to. No paperwork required! I downloaded the Brother iPrint/Label app for my iPad and Android phone from the app stores. I was able to print labels over WiFi and Bluetooth with no problems. I haven't tried my computer yet, but I assume it works fine with the P-touch Editor software. My next purchase will be a battery and I will be completely wireless to print welcome labels at church. This is a great product from the 700 series! Great job brother.
