Works great. Simply connect wire to wire with connectors, drill out the rivets holding the old one in place and use a small nut and bolt to install the new one. If I had to do it all over again I would cut the wires shorter. Too many cables to get under the middle cover. I left it on for a long time because if I messed up and had to cut the wire and do it all over again I would have enough wire. I'm glad I read the questions to see which ones I need. In search of a new world. Saved some money. Flick the switch and voila! We have light again!
