That worked fine for a while.

I really liked this collar when I first got it for my pup. My puppy has a very high pain tolerance and just refuses to listen even though he has been exercising for several months now. Other forms of discipline/punishment don't work on him the way this collar does. I liked this collar for many reasons. and the shock level could be increased above 10.3.) The LED light on the top was useful for late night workouts. 4) The beep was quite loud, so I could hear it all over the house (my house isn't very big anyway). ).5) The charge lasts a very long time; I have only charged it twice since I received it in October 2020. 6) The charger had heads for the remote and collar so they could charge together. 7) The kit included two sizes of pins. waterproof.9) I was able to turn off the remote control and collar when not in use. There were also a few things I didn't like about the collar: 1) After about 3.5 months, although it was still working fine, it suddenly wouldn't turn off. Because it wouldn't turn off, it got very warm and almost burned my pup's neck. 2) There was no locking mechanism on the remote control. So when my pup grabbed the remote because he didn't know how to leave things alone, he kind of got it to 100 and then at 100 he went into shock. After that, when he experienced a shock at 100, he was clearly afraid of the collar, which wasn't there before. need to be loosened and tightened from time to time or they would fall off and my puppy would eat them. 4) I wish I had a volume knob for the beep so I could turn it up and down, but it didn't. It's as big a deal as anything else.
