Love love love these collars! I bought these adorable collars for my cat as we are going on a trip and I wanted to have an ID tag in case something happened that made me buy these collars. I ordered them and received them in the mail a few days later. I got home happy, opened the package and was amazed at how well made they were. However, on closer inspection I noticed that one of the collars had a shackle sticking out and I immediately contacted the seller and a few hours later I received a response that they would send me a new collar. When a product arrives with a defect, it's usually not that easy to replace, but this was the case. When I received the replacement it was perfect, no issues and my cat enjoys wearing the collars. These collars are perfect! Cute yet effective, so glad I bought these collars from this great company!
