Review on Weatherproof Extension Cord Connection Box by Brent Porter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My joints have stayed dry all season.

Purchased to protect the connection of 4 inflatable Christmas decorations and a laser projector which I placed in the center of my garden. An extension cord ran from the house to the outlet and all the decorations were plugged into it. Quite spacious inside. The ribbon (along with a 3ft cord, an extension end and 5 decorative plugs (the kind with little "box" plugs on the end) works great. The box has a hinge on one of the short sides and secure cord holes are centrally located The long side There are 5 holes, each large enough to hold a heavy duty extension cord There are also a couple of notched areas on the sides that you can cut out to accommodate larger cords or maybe even a small connection but they aren't protected from the elements so it's your responsibility to waterproof them and put the top half back in place by snapping it back into its socket and locking the lever in. Now it's your electrics in safety. The box has slots on the outside for wall mounting but I have placed it flat as I like it was asked to put it on the ground in the middle of my garden u nd didn't touch it for about a month. We've seen some very strong, windy thunderstorms during this time and when I opened them up the inside was bone dry. This is exactly what I was looking for. This allowed me to piece together multiple pieces and keep them dry all season.
