I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy I was able to make this repair! The translation was concise, all I needed was pliers and a small Phillips screwdriver, and my 2011 didn't have a transponder chip so it was a breeze. It was as simple as opening the old case, rearranging the components, winding the spring a few times (the hardest part, but I got it after a few tries) and voila, a new key fob case. I recommend this cheap and easy remedy. The key fob looks great (my old unlock button barely worked).
