Review on Rimmel Volume Colourist Mascara, Black, 0.37 oz - Boost Your Lashes with this Precise Formula by Stephanie Hicks

I originally bought this mascara hoping it would color my blonde lashes. Well, after two weeks of continuous use, it hasn't happened. It's now one of my favorite mascaras. If someone else has lashes that won't hold their curl after you curl them, you should try this. This is one of the few mascaras that stays in place after you curl it for some reason. Tarte's lash primer does this great (maybe even better), but it's white, which means if you're in a hurry, be sure to apply a second coat of regular mascara. really perks up my lashes. I will continue to buy this even without the permanent color he promised.
