When I received the industrial goods I was pleasantly surprised that the quality is excellent and the color matches. When I put in a new Industrial my ear usually takes a few days to adjust, but not with this one. Although they are a little longer for my ear, I think this increases comfort by facilitating leakage. The reason I picked this set was because I really liked the Industrial with a full little twist of the entire stem and was planning on wearing it when I got them. Unfortunately this particular industrial tool only unscrews on one side and due to the design I have to unscrew both sides to get into the piercing. I contacted the company via email and they responded quickly and said they could send me a new industrial design and included a picture of the kit and the one they felt I needed was circled for confirmation. When I confirmed this, they explained that it would take about a month to get to me. I got the right industry yesterday and both sides were unscrewed. I was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to please their customer.
