Overall a good product. Even though the product is called Max Pump, I have never noticed "skin tearing" pumps of any kind. To be honest, every workout pump I experienced while taking this product was similar to what I had before taking this supplement. So there were pumps? Maybe. Were those MAX pumps? Unfortunately no, one thing is for sure, the taste was surprisingly good! Its flavor is marketed as a "smoothie". I wasn't sure what to expect before trying it and I was blown away by how good the taste actually was. No, it's not a real smoothie, but the flavor really works. Never had a problem drinking this before a workout or sipping it during a workout.
