One of my clasps was faulty and broke as soon as I tried to attach it to the lid. I was upset and wanted to leave a bad review but decided to write to the seller first. The seller replied to me within 24 hours and asked me to send a photo of the broken clasp. They asked if that was the only problem, confirmed my address and that was it. Two days later I had another clasp. They also offered a full refund or even a new set of cases, all paid for. I didn't really need it so I just got a new clasp. It is difficult to find a seller who does this. So I had to give a review. As for the kit itself. It fits like a glove on my ironing board. My board is a little larger than 54 x 16. There were a few inches left on the side so I think it will easily fit up to 18". This case is the perfect thickness (not too thick and not thin at all). Fasteners are not even needed in this case, since the rubber band keeps the ironing board cover under the board very well. I put them on anyway, especially after the seller sent me another one. The safety net is new to me. I don't even know how to use it, but it seems like a great addition. The images taken to show the product on the product page perfectly illustrate what this kit is all about. including colors. My advice to the seller: Include a picture showing how the ironing board cover attaches under the board. I can say that it is holding up very well. Last but not least, it made my ironing board look great. I'm in love!
