Review on Bosch ROS10 Random Orbit Sander by John Brazington

I am new to woodworking and needed to buy a new random orbit sander, the bearings in my old sander had failed. After reading many reviews, I ordered a Bosch eccentric sander. The Bosch sander arrived within two days with a sample set of sanding pads. I also bought a larger set of Revain sanding pads when I ordered the Bosch sander. After unpacking the grinder I went to grind some just to see what it can do. There was an old cutting board in the basement that my wife found useless. The sander was coated with a medium grit sander and in less than 5 minutes the top and bottom of the cutting board was sanded clean and all cutting marks were removed. The ground mill is lighter than my old mill but spins faster with less vibration and much quieter. . All the dust from sanding this panel was collected in the canister provided. I usually use a respirator when sanding, but for small projects you can go without a respirator. The possibility to connect the mill to the vacuum system is supplied with the unit.
