I bought this sewer pole because I had a persistent clog somewhere in the drain lines between my house and the septic tank. The drain line from my house to the underground septic tank in my backyard is about 95 feet long with a 45 and 90 degree bend. First I tried every unclog chemical I could find on the market and then I borrowed a 50 foot snake from a neighbor but couldn't get the clog out. That's when I knew I was going to need a long line to get the job done so I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and decided to order this 100ft Cobra canal rod. I received this snake in the mail from the US about 3 days after I bought it here from Revain. Arrived in a large flat box, very well packaged. Now let me be clear to anyone purchasing this sewer pole, this pole is not intended to be inserted into your drain lines through a toilet or sink from within your home, it is a very strong sewer pole that is intended to be inserted to become. 3-4 inches down the drain lines to clean them out. I'm lucky there is a spot under my house where the drain pipe breaks so I can slide this sewer pole down the line to my septic tank. As for the clog in my line, it turned out to be about 80 feet below my drain line. As I pushed this sewer rod through the line I felt it hit the clog and stop, I was able to take a step back and push through again and again. until the duct rod broke through the clog and solved my problem. Eventually this cobra snake will save me a lot of money, the local water company was willing to charge $200 to clear my line. This cobra snake is what you need, I would recommend it to everyone.
