Aloha, everyone. 🌺 I ordered half a size up, I wear 10 1/2 E so I ordered half a size up because of the wide foot. Well, they're made of breathable mesh material, which allows them to stretch a bit. So order by size but they are very comfortable for me. The laces on these shoes also have a slight stretch, which helps create a snug fit. Well these shoes are made of man made materials, I really think they look great in this red color. I used them today during my 2 mile exercise walk and they only warmed up a little by the end but didn't make my feet sweat. They have little arch support and cushioning, making them unsuitable for walking or running. The sole is thin, like wrestling shoes, so I will only use it for training at the gym.
