Adequate replacement for the latch for a suitcase.
Zip pulls replace missing zip pulls on suitcases at baggage claim. They are small (about half the size of the original pull tabs) and not particularly strong, so opening or closing the zipper takes some strength. They work much better than without the reeds and better than the safety pins I've used. A bigger tongue would be better.
