They were as easy to install as any, but our information wasn't clear as we were using a central Axis 1001a controller with a Synology NAS as the central hub. The most difficult part of this product was the final set screw step on the bottom of the keyboard which was tricky to install as it rests directly against a door or wall making it difficult to line up the screwdriver with the screw and hole. . We had to use a very long Phillips screwdriver with extensions to tighten them. In the end it was a very good product and a long lifespan is expected due to the heavy metal and tightly machined parts which are really good for weather protection.
