GradAR offers an efficient way of evaluating potential candidates for any role within my client's portfolio/practice area! It saves me time in sourcing suitable profiles that fit requirements perfectly with very little effort required from myself or colleagues I have worked alongside before (in terms of searching). The layout can be seen as 'dated' but this does not detract too much considering it has helped us deliver great returns over many years now - so worth persevering :) My main concern would perhaps relate more around how easily we could integrate new functionality into our existing tool set without causing disruption when rolling out enhancements across all clients using GRADER products currently? This was never really considered by ourselves during development stage due to lack knowledge about implementation at early stages though may well need addressing if there are plans made later down stream regarding wider product range / scope going forward e..g., HRMS integration etc.
