First off, the package contains a large number of nozzles and fittings that work well with this cartridge assembly. What surprised me was the use of o-rings for threaded fittings. I'm used to wrapping threads in teflon tape to ensure a good seal, but this kit comes with a good selection of o-rings that work great. I like it. As for the battery powered pneumatic chuck (lightweight and legible), I'll have to look and see how it works. I've been using a mechanical caliber/chuck for years and it's actually pretty worn out. This one runs on batteries (2 AAA) and with it hanging in the garage and being used once or twice every few months I wonder how soon I'll be using it and find that the batteries have rusted out. It's always annoying, to say the least. I don't like the idea of putting batteries in the device, using it and then taking it out again, but. this may be the only choice. I will update this review if I find any negative in this aspect with this sensor. In addition, it is well built, made of good materials and easy to read.
