and it is the best thermometer money can buy

I own a restaurant and this is the best thermometer money can buy. We have used many Taylor brand thermometers but they have the fastest response times. Our chefs use them all day to control temperatures and they stand up to everyday use. However, speed is the best feature of this thermometer.
