2006 Chev Silverado 2500HD - Belt Squeaks

My original multi-ribbed belt on my 2006 Chev Silverado 2500HD started to squeak every time I turned the engine off. I had 66,000 miles so I decided to change it based on the reviews. After watching the video on YouTube, it lasted about an hour and he is silent.
