Based on all the good reviews, I went out on a limb, and tried something new; and I'm glad I did. I replaced an old lightbulb fixture with an led panel, and used these heat shrink connectors to connect the jumpers to the ballasts wiring, and to the home wiring, and everything worked on the first try! Because the heat shrink connectors are clear, you can see that the exposed ends of both wires are crossing inside the solder ring, and then you heat it up and you can see the solder contract into the tube with the rest of the heat shrink. hit it from a few angles. then not as close going up the sleeves and watching it suck down over the wires. bye bye crimp connectors. bye bye twist caps . bye bye electrical tape. these things are to electrical what pex was to pl
