Review on 🚗 Chevy Rear Leaf Spring Set - Energy Suspension 3.2141G by Chad Chavez

I fitted these bushings to my truck a month ago. Installation on my 06 Silverado is annoying. The bolts on the old bushings had to be cut off as they were too long to pull out. Why GM puts a 4 1/2" bolt with only 1" clearance on the side of the head so you can't remove it is beyond me. I replaced the old bolts on my truck with (2) 5/8" and (4) 9/16" grade 8 yellow zinc plated bolts and matching nylon nuts. This job took me and my partner almost 8 hours. However, the old bushings were completely punctured and had to be replaced. Suspension feel has been improved tenfold. The old ones had so much play that the truck bounced from side to side when hitting potholes in Minnesota (there are many) and it made the truck unsafe to drive. This fixed my problem. Very happy with the product but four stars for installing PITA.
