Unfortunately, this is worse than using a camel skin water bottle to hold a spare tire or whatever. It's slightly smaller than a 21-ounce water bottle at just 5 inches tall, which is nice and a little easier to get things in and out of than a water bottle, but the biggest issue is the lid doesn't stay open. If you overtighten the lid, it will just pop off. On my first ride the lid came off and the contents spilled onto the road which never happened when using a water bottle. I think I'll put up with the inconvenience of stuffing things in and out of a water bottle rather than risk throwing my stuff back onto the street.
