This is a great chair for a normal height person. The executive I bought the chair for is 6ft 4" and weighs 250 pounds and the chair rides up too high and has no "thrust length". For the price, it's good value, but be aware of the high ground clearance and hard cushion if it's for a tall person. All of our other options for it were in the $700+ range, so it makes sense that it's not perfect. I'll see other reviews talking about "poor hole alignment" etc, but really only turn the screws half way before tightening any of them and you won't have any problems aligning the parts for assembly. to the max.
