I made half a dozen different sysprep disk images on 240GB SANDISK disks. I copied them to other 240GB SANDISK drives. Everything was found until we had to buy more discs. They looked exactly like the master disks we used. But apparently they were a bit smaller. If we insert a master into one slot and a new disk into the other slots, an alarm will sound. We determined from the online help that this was because the disk was smaller than the master disk. Which was odd since they were identical discs. And the image took up only 35 GB of space. To get around this, I used Clonezilla in enhanced mode and resized the master to fit on one of the new disks. then used as master.
