It's great for large surface but if you plan on using it on a medium palm it might not be worth it. So the stencil is big, you take out the plastic and stick the sticky side to the body. They basically henna and swear to get the perfect henna design. You can cut out the template and use a smaller part, but it's not practical. I've noticed that it takes the henna with it when you remove it, so hold the stencil in place until you're ready to wash the henna off. Overall the idea is great but the execution isn't the best. But that's if you want to use it on your hands or some other body part, but not worth it if you want to use it on your palm.
