Review on Pacific Coast Feather Company 26216 by Mayra Boyle

Hi I'm a long time Pacific Coast Pillow customer so I feel like I understand when these pillows are worth your money. We received these pillows in standard pacific coast packaging and are very happy to have them as I have been a consumer since 2003. However, as many other people have pointed out, and I agree, first impressions are that these pillows feel a little softer than I remember. After a week of use and a short break, this assessment stands. The whole purpose of these pillows is support and softness. But even looking at some of my old pillows, it seems Pacific Coast is NOT filling up with the same amount of filling as it used to, which is why these pillows are literally falling flat! This is disappointing though, they are very soft but lack the overall support I've come to expect over the years. Unfortunately, this will be my last pillow set on the Pacific Coast. I've been a loyal customer for a very long time, but these pillows really are missing more than half the filling of the old ones and they flatten out pretty quickly. Moving from the Pacific Coast side for the worse would not recommend purchasing these pillows. Thank you, Joe M. Montana.
