Short life span and poor customer support
I bought this less than 6 months ago and then it died. It was very rarely used, maybe a couple times a month. I reached out to support to see if they could help me and never heard back so pretty disappointed with this product and support.UPDATE: The company reached out to me and replaced the product. They were great to work with.
