I would like to warn everyone about this product, manufacturer and seller. The cordless phone never worked. When I looked at maual it directed me to 800. When I called 800 it directed me to a page in the manual with 800. When I finally got Uniden support they had no offers other than that I will return the device. I contacted the seller (Electronic Express) and offered to pay for the return shipping. I sent the block back. To their credit, they sent back another wired and wireless device, but it took forever. Meanwhile, the wired unit stopped working every few days. Then it starts again. When I got the new devices, the cordless phone didn't work like the first one. And after a couple of days, the wired one, like the first, began to fail periodically. When I called the seller again, it took over ten days before he answered me. long enough that the product is not eligible for return or replacement. Right time, right? Stay away from Uniden. You can make up your own mind about Electronic Express but I will not be buying from them again.
