Gold will flake off after the first day of light wear

I wanted to love these sandals but they let me down as the gold peeled right off the skin. (My baby didn't wet them and they run great so it's not because she scratched them a lot.) Otherwise they're comfortable for my baby and have a soft feel. true size. Photos after wearing them for just a few hours.

Pros

The cutest sandals!! And so very gentle!

Cons

The high-quality leather material that Starbie children's sandals are made of may be uncomfortable for some children, causing discomfort and irritability when wearing them.
