I enjoy that it allows me access from anywhere, with an internet connection or no at all! It's very intuitive for someone who has never used this type of software before but if you are not familiar then there can be some learning curve involved when first starting out in order to get your needs met efficiently. With our organization we have been able solve many issues related to patient care by being connected everywhere which was important as I am unable physically go into offices where staff work remotely.
