Came without instructions, so here it is. I'm not the type of person that normally gives 1 star reviews BUT this one definitely deserves it. Not only did we have no idea how to set it up, the product numbers on the company's main support site didn't match our product in the instructions. Also, it looks nice in the photos, but it's chipboard. And thin. My husband tried to put it together even though he didn't have the right equipment and it literally fell apart. Don't know if it was affected by today's rain on the van (doubtful) but it just fell apart when he tried to screw screws into it. However, I'm not entirely sure how it can hold books as it can't support its own weight. So sad it looked beautiful. I'm glad other people made it work for them, but Lady Luck wasn't on our side in this purchase. Never again.
