This bookcase is poorly constructed and made almost entirely of chipboard which can crumble. The bookcase is actually two small bookcase modules that sit on top of each other. After adding the books I banged on it lightly, it leaned a lot to one side and 100% would have broken as other reviews have shown if I didn't grab it quickly and get up.
