I recently bought this lamp because my study at home had a lot of windows which made my face look very dark when video conferencing. I've tried several home remedies like extra table lamps but it never worked. I found this light after looking at several options and reading many reviews. I am very happy with this purchase. The lamp was packaged very professionally in a nice travel case. It's pretty light so it's easy to move around. Attaches easily to my monitor. He doesn't "stick" to him, but leans against him and balances. It's pretty durable and I like that I can easily move it around if I want to. The brightness is excellent (probably a lot more than I need) and I like the ability to make the light source warmer. The flashlight comes pre-charged (half charge) but I plugged it in to fully charge before first use. The instructions didn't mention this, but I thought it was a good idea. The power button needs to be pressed a little longer than you think for it to turn on. The first time I tried to turn it on I thought it was broken because it wouldn't turn on. However, once I figured out how it works, everything was fine. Perhaps the instructions could be a little clearer on this. Overall, I am satisfied with the lamp and can recommend it.
