Let me start by saying that I bought them on sale so I didn't pay attention to their size. I wear men's size 14 sometimes 14w so they don't fit at all. But I improvised! I will say that the only difference I've noticed with this brand compared to others I've tried is the smell. Many have a chemical smell that's masked by the scent, but these smelled so good I was afraid they wouldn't work. Do not ask. So for a fit, honestly, a men's size 12 and no more will suffice. Like the others, the "socks" are quite thin and will break if pulled too hard. Mine broke but I knew it would happen. i have big feet This also happens with other brands. I like to take Glad bowl covers (stretchy, like an old lady's shower cap. You know them) and pull them over so I can massage the liquid in and cover my heel as usual. Honestly, I can't say how long to keep it. I never followed the directions (10-20 minutes) that everyone says. Probably because I'm a beautician and it seems to me that the product should have time to absorb and spread. To make things easier, I usually wear them at night. DO NOT DO THIS! Luckily I was having a lazy day with my husband and figured I'd just put them on, pull my socks over them to keep everything in place and then put on my Crocs to walk around the house which is so much fun , if i do this . and indeed an invitation to disaster or a tease of fate "I won't slip", lol. So don't be me and follow the instructions. it's just me Anyway, I left them on for about 2 hours while watching a movie and by the end I realized I had to take them off. Others I've tried in the airways have questioned the formula, but this one did. I felt a tingle here and there and didn't really realize I had a cut on my cuticle (big toe if you're curious) and it burned towards the end. but what do you expect from a chemical peel? It was not so bad. But I've found that all the things I usually feel in the morning happen in 2 hours, which leads me to believe you can make this work with packet time. So I washed up, showered and all. I was expecting the fun/hard part. PEELING! They say 4 to 5 days until they peel and 7 days when they're done but for me and how long I've been using them until Monday morning (did the soak on Saturday afternoon) it really peeled off. I was really blown away by how well it worked. I tried 3 others and the move was just as good. The following weekend my feet were smooth, soft and looking (great I mean, but I'm not a fan of feet, not even my own) looking like I had a much needed pedicure. In short, I love her. I will buy them again. I like that there are 5 packs. The price is right and it works! I like it when what you buy actually works. Difficult notion in our time, but nonetheless. I would highly recommend them and they were shipped very quickly. Because of my husband who tried them for the first time. He liked it, but let me tell you I love him more because it helped get rid of his rough, flaky feet. So I have two gifts in one!
