Looks good, bad product, bad service.
I keep adding this review and it keeps getting deleted! The product is great but there are design and support issues. A burner does not burn (lights up but goes out). Empava sent me a replacement thermocouple, but I had to disassemble and install the unit. Took about an hour but didn't fix the problem. Basically there are problems with the product, but they only ship replacement parts, and if you can't install them or repair them yourself.
