Review on Ticomix by Darnell Murphy

The ability to easily setup all of our computers with one program so that they are able to connect seamlessly between them is great! I like how easy it was for me (and my coworkers) when we needed assistance from someone in another location or country - there were no issues connecting us directly via video/webcam chat which made working together very simple. It would be nice if you could see other people's avatars instead of just their heads during meetings but otherwise this product has been extremely helpful. We have used ticoMix since its inception as an internal training tool within our organization about 3 years ago now. Since then, we've expanded beyond basic classroom management into online learning using webinars hosted through Zoom Meetings; however, many features still work well internally such as team collaboration tools and file sharing among employees who need access remotely while at home due to COVID-19 restrictions here locally.
