The customer service was excellent - they were very helpful in answering all my questions regarding what we needed for this project as well how long it would take us etc! They also helped me understand exactly where things are within Zoom so that i could easily navigate them when working remotely from another state (Queensland). It took some time getting used too but once you do its great!! There wasn't anything specific about zoom itself which made managing meetings difficult at times however after speaking directly w/the team everything got sorted out quickly & smoothly again :) We're looking into other options now such s google hangouts or slack since there's no way around having an expensive software license if your not paying customers like ourselves who have multiple users / employees involved.
