Great Website Design & Development Company

Focus have been working with us for over 5 years now and they are always very quick to respond, friendly and professional at all times. They're also great communicators - keeping you up to date with everything that's happening so we can make an informed decision about what will work best for us (and them!). There was only one occasion where the service wasn't as good as it could be but this was more down to my own fault than anything else! We've found them to be flexible when needed and able…

Excellent Customer Service and Support

The customer service was excellent - they were very helpful in answering all my questions regarding what we needed for this project as well how long it would take us etc! They also helped me understand exactly where things are within Zoom so that i could easily navigate them when working remotely from another state (Queensland). It took some time getting used too but once you do its great!! There wasn't anything specific about zoom itself which made managing meetings difficult at times however…
