Battery in 1 collar does not hold charge

I really like this product but for the second time the battery in a collar does not hold charge. I have 2 dogs and use them off leash. I'm on holiday right now and have just ordered another brand to be delivered today. My boys can swim but I have taken great care to ensure the rubber stopper stays in place while they wear it. I hope I can return as there is no packaging. I will call Revane directly to see what my options are.
