This is the worst phone I have ever bought

I bought this phone in February and already need to replace it. The power cord is stuck in the charging port and won't come out, so I can't charge it anymore. The audio was terrible and message notifications are barely audible. I cannot stress enough that this is a useless product. NEVER BUY THIS PHONE!
