The cable is too long and difficult to adjust. The picture shows the end result of how much wire we had to cut to meet our needs. It would be easier if the wires were three different colors. Instead we got one green ground wire and the other two were the same color so we couldn't just cut the wires to the length we needed. We had to remove the cover and route the wires THEN we could cut them to the right length. Overall, we're happy that it's gone up, but we're annoyed at the effort it takes. If you have a high vaulted ceiling this may be easier.
