Seems to be a very good filter.

It was a little different than the one I had which had about a 4 inch hole on both ends and a plastic holder (with a about 1/2 inch hole) at the bottom to hold it. This particular replacement had a 4" hole at the top and a 'built in' holder at the bottom. It was a perfect match for my old Ridgid (can't find the model number). I've only used it once but it really seemed to have a lot of suction.
