Very pleased with this adjustable workout bench. Came pre-assembled, just had to add the foot pads. Feels very stable & lightweight, does not have any wobble to it (on carpet), haven't tried on a hard surface. Gets the job done.
- Works great for 5'7" 170 female!
- The bench may not support all types of exercises
