Review on 🎧 Zivigo Bluetooth Earbuds with Smart Magnet Function - Wireless Headset with Microphone - Rich Stereo Sound - Voice Reminders - Easy Operation by Alicia Moore

Many promises, few results

I've been looking for a headphone that offers BT multipoint connection with good sound quality and workmanship for a long time. I've read a lot of reviews - wish there was a way to filter out reviews from people who got a free or discounted item to write a review on - and tried to find a solution. These headphones seemed to have all the hallmarks of a good pair of headphones - at least as good as one would expect based on the price - and met my needs, so I ordered them. The first thing I noticed was that the left earbud has the characteristic hum of very cheap Bluetooth headphones. This indicates a lack of adequate shielding, causing the earbud to pick up noise from the radio on the earbud itself. When something's playing or you're on a call, the buzz is reduced but present if you pay attention. This can be a small issue when the sound through the headphones is excellent. but it's not: the sound isn't much better than the sound you get from cheaper headphones. In terms of functionality, these headphones are missing one key feature: the buttons allow you to play/pause music, adjust volume, skip forward and back, and redial the last number you dialed. Do you see something missing? Phone call! Since most Android and iOS devices allow you to dial a number by voice - or launch Siri or Google Now - many - even cheaper - headphones open up voice dialing - or Siri or Google Now. These headphones seem to have been designed to work with both basic players and old phones. I think it's definitely a killer to use these headphones with any new device. PROS - Light weight - Long battery life CONS - No call button functionality (Siri, Google Now) - Sound interference, especially with soft music or silence I would only consider buying these headphones for use with a BT enabled player.

Pros
  • VERSATILE DESIGN Wireless headphones work with any Bluetooth enabled device including Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod, Android phones and tablets, Windows phones and tablets and BlackBerry phones; Multipoint connection allows you to pair two devices at the same time
