Stains when moving mouse, backlight stays on in sleep mode

:::Update below:::I really like this monitor. I have this set as my main monitor. That being said I would like to share some pros and cons and why I returned it and bought a second unit hoping the second unit would be better. Advantages. Excellent quality picture. The colors are amazing. .-175Hz refresh rate.-Adjustable height.-USB hub.Game settings and layouts.Cons.-USB device turns off when the monitor goes to sleep, even if the monitor's USB hub setting is On is set. on standby." - When I wake up from sleep mode, all my windows and icons move to the second monitor, the icons go back to the main monitor, but not all my windows. Sometimes there are smudges or streaks when moving the mouse. The screen gets a little dark and everywhere the mouse moves it has a white/grey circle around it. I cycle the monitor on and off and it works fine again. Sometimes most of the monitor settings are grayed out and as soon as I turn the monitor after a factory reset they all work again. The panel flickers randomly. My biggest problem I had was that sometimes after falling asleep the monitor wakes up after a while. The panel itself was still off but the backlight worked on and not off at all. :: UPDATE 7/17/2021 :: All the good things I talked about last time stayed the same. Some the bugs I mentioned were fixed and resolved with a monitor swap. OLD bugs still present or unchecked: - Problem unplugging USB device, which I haven't tried since I got a new monitor. I think the less I have to deal with connections the better. So I let it go Everything seems fine but I think that in fact everything was moved to the second monitor when I turned off the monitor. When I set two other monitors as primary when testing, they don't switch the icons and taskbar to the other monitor when I press the power button on the monitor, one is LG and the other is Asus VS series, both keep everything on Spot. If I set the PG329Q as my main monitor and turn it off, it switches whatever it had to the secondary monitor. No problem. It is not a problem if the settings become greyed out over time. The panel doesn't flicker either. One thing that really bothered me a lot was the backlight turning on when the monitor was in sleep mode. not this substitution. I told my computer to turn off all monitors after 5 minutes and walked away a bit, and I went back to turning on the lights or watching TV in my room only to accidentally see a corner of my eye light coming from my desk. But yeah, so far that hasn't happened with this monitor.
