Just what we needed

I ordered this phone for my elderly mother. She is deaf in one ear and very hard of hearing in the other. That's exactly what she needed. Not too hard and the flashing bell is great. The flash helps when the TV volume is too high to hear the ringing. She can easily turn up the volume and use the speakerphone. Works well for our needs.
